  General Notes:

ANCESTRY: Descended from John Mildenhall Jr. (born 1560), the only Englishmen to visit both royal courts of the Emperors Akbar and Jahangir, and the first Englishmen to be buried in India.
Also descended from Warinus de la Strode (born 1020 in Bretagne, France), a French knight who lived at the time of William the Conqueror (see John Mildenhall Jr., born 1560).

DEATH: Ray (age 13) and his older half-brother Dave (age of 22) were both in the small plane Dave was flying in Somerton, Arizona when Dave's plane crashed in a field. They were both killed instantly while their mother Jane and sister Virginia were watching.

BURIAL: Garden of The Good Shepherd (Section T, Lot 5, Space 15), Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Yuma, Arizona. He is buried next to his older half-brother Dave.
