Became Member of Parliament for Hampshire in 1764;
He became the "Royal Groom of the Bedchamber" for the Duke of Cumberland and to King George III
MILITARY: Lieutenant and Captain in the 3rd Regiment of Foot Guards;
Captain in the 41st Regiment of Foot Guards
MARRIAGE: He never married
